Facilities Operations
Many facility operations are plagued with high university costs and continual expense overruns. The JMI Sports team has extensive on-campus experience that translates into expertise on how universities can operate their facilities in the most efficient and effective manner possible. JMI Sports can assess the productivity of a school’s internal operations as well as its third party contracts. In doing so, we will help identify solutions to improve an athletic department’s bottom line.
NCAA Certification
In the absence of a continuing NCAA sponsored Division I institutional self-study process, the responsibility to comprehensively audit a university’s athletic operations in the areas of governance, rules compliance, academic standards and support, gender and minority issues, and student athlete well-being, is now left with the institution.
