Prior to founding JMI Sports, Judson served the San Diego Padres organization for nearly ten years. He was the first individual hired by the Padres dedicated solely to the new Ballpark Project in 1996. Judson was named Vice President of Development in 2001 and saw the project through to completion for the opening of PETCO Park in 2004. Subsequently, he became the Executive Vice President of External Affairs overseeing the club’s Ballpark Event Sales department and the Community Relations department. Judson currently serves on the San Diego Padres’ Board of Directors.

A former professional baseball player with the Philadelphia Phillies organization, Judson brought a valuable perspective to the Padres’ Ballpark development team. Judson was instrumental in the success of PETCO Park and was involved in virtually every element of its development, including: the formation of the design and development teams; planning of the new Ballpark District; garnering political support and voter approval; developing a parking structure and transportation strategy; and overseeing all phases of design and construction of the Ballpark itself.

A graduate of University of California, San Diego with a degree in Economics, Judson earned his Masters of Business Administration from San Diego State University.  Judson currently serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the Downtown San Diego Partnership and as a member of the UCSD Athletics Board and the Triton Athletic Associates Board.

Kacie Renc brings to JMI Sports over 17 years of project and construction management experience with reputable international firms including Hines Interests, Turner Construction and Chevron Corporation.

While employed by Hines, the Development Manager of PETCO Park, Renc was a key member of the Ballpark development team. On this extraordinarily complex project, Renc was the primary manager responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Major League Ballpark’s design, from design development through substantial completion, overseeing the individual project managers from over 30 firms that made up the design team. Renc was also responsible for managing numerous construction activities, such as structural steel and concrete, food service, interiors, hardscape, landscape and signage.

Additionally, Renc has held leadership roles in the design and/or construction of numerous other facilities including: a 13-story Class A office tower; an 11-acre, mixed-used private development; a 130,000 sf collegiate athletic training facility; and a three-building, build-to-suit biotech campus. Her knowledge is diversified with experience in office and retail leasing, land acquisitions, marketing, interior design and mechanical engineering.

At JMI Sports, Renc is Project Executive for the Goodyear Ballpark and Oregon Arena projects, responsible for the company's implementation of all design and construction efforts.

Renc earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University.

Reba Robinson has worked eight years in the sports facility development and management industry, gaining experience in project analysis and coordination, construction administration and facility operations. During the construction of PETCO Park, she served as a Project Administrator for Hines, the Development Manager of the Ballpark. After the project's completion, she transitioned to Hines’ facility management team and oversaw the establishment of the PETCO Park engineering and maintenance office. Robinson then joined the San Diego Padres organization, where she played an instrumental role in the production of the first concert at the new Ballpark, featuring the Rolling Stones.

In 2006, as JMI Sports’ first hire, Robinson successfully implemented the company’s start-up activities and continues to manage all aspects of business operations, including finance, communications and administration, while providing project related support.

Robinson currently attends the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego in pursuit of a Master of Business Administration degree. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from East Carolina University and holds a Professional Certificate in Urban Planning and Development from the University of California, San Diego.

Kate Dimitruk comes to JMI Sports from the hospitality industry, working seven years for one of San Diego’s top independent restaurant groups, Urban Kitchen. In her most recent position as General Manager of Kensington Grill, the flagship restaurant, Dimitruk was responsible for both front and back-of-the-house activities, including directing a staff of 25. Excelling at management and customer relations, Dimitruk was key to the eatery’s continued award winning success. Under each year of her leadership, the restaurant received recognition as San Diego’s Best Neighborhood Restaurant by the California Restaurant Association.

As a proven professional with a history of exceeding client expectations, Dimitruk focuses her efforts at JMI Sports on company and client communications, while providing administrative and project related support.

Dimitruk attended the University of California, San Diego, earning two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Critical Gender Studies.

Chris Eagen has over 11 years of broad based experience in construction and project management with prominent firms including Makar Properties, D.R. Horton, DPR Construction and Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors.

Eagen has effectively managed a variety of high profile projects in all phases of development from design to construction closeout. His diverse project experience includes: two 32-story hotel and luxury condominium towers; urban mid- and high-rise residential buildings; a high-rise office tower; a three-building biotech campus; and a Class-A office campus. Eagen was also responsible for several tenant improvement build-outs within the biotech and office campus projects.

Currently, Eagen serves as Project Manager for JMI Sports on the Goodyear Ballpark and University of Oregon
Arena projects.

Eagen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.

Zach Davis has worked six years in real estate development in a variety of capacities within project management, marketing, financial analysis, accounting and acquisitions.

During the development of PETCO Park, Davis served as an owner’s representative for the San Diego Padres, responsible for interfacing with the design and construction teams on numerous activities related to landscape, signage, seating and special projects.

Davis later joined Bourn Partners as a financial manager, formulating capitalization strategies and overseeing over $100 million in construction financing. He later transitioned to an affiliate firm, The Kiernan Companies, acting as a development manager for the construction of FedEx Freight facilities throughout the Southwest and overseeing predevelopment and capitalization activities for a brand of luxury boutique hotels.

Davis currently acts as a Project Manager for JMI Sports on the University of Oregon Arena and associated Alumni Center and Parking Garage projects.

A graduate of Harvard University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Davis earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona.

JMI Services, Inc. is the parent company of JMI Sports and was founded by John Moores. Moores is known best as an entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist and owner of the San Diego Padres. He is the founder and former chairman of BMC Software, a business-to-business software company that he took public in 1988. In 1992, after leaving BMC Software, Moores formed JMI Services, Inc. to pursue investment opportunities in several strategic arenas including real estate, sports and entertainment and technology.

JMI Realty is a private real estate investment and development company located in San Diego, California. JMI Realty seeks opportunities across all product types with a specialization in the lodging and multifamily housing areas and an expertise in processing complicated urban development projects. In 1998, JMI Realty was appointed by the City of San Diego and the San Diego Padres to act as the Master Developer of the Ballpark District. At that time, JMI Realty began the implementation of what today is $1.4 billion of redevelopment in the Ballpark District. Goodyear Baseball is a joint venture between JMI Sports and Civica Development. The company formed after the team's innovative concept to integrate a publicly owned spring training ballpark with a private mixed-use development was embraced by the City of Goodyear, Arizona. The City initially engaged Goodyear Baseball to secure interest from Major League Baseball teams, first the Cleveland Indians and later the Cincinnati Reds, and to provide support during the public approval process. Subsequently named Development Manager of the Spring Training Complex, Goodyear Baseball is now managing the design and construction of the Ballpark and both Player Development Facilities and their integration with the private development.

Rosalie Brown has worked in accounting and administrative management for over fifteen years. Her experience encompasses a variety of settings, including law, consumer product manufacturing, university campus operations and construction. Brown’s recent contract work included projects at the University of Oregon and PeaceHealth, the two largest employers in Lane County, Oregon.

At PeaceHealth, Brown worked on the RiverBend project team during the final phase of construction of the 1.2 million square foot hospital in Springfield, Oregon. As Assistant Project Cost Engineer, she was responsible for purchase order and invoice auditing for over $60 million of medical equipment and furniture purchases for the hospital.

At JMI Sports, Brown is a member of the University of Oregon project team. She performs construction administration and is responsible for establishing and managing the office operations of JMI Sports’ project office in Eugene.

Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco.

Cassie Gray comes to JMI Sports from the engineering consulting industry, working three years in aviation planning and design for Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc. in Chicago. At CMT, Gray was part of the project team that worked directly with the FAA to prepare environmental documents needed to secure federal funding for the $16B O'Hare Airport expansion. On the O'Hare project, Gray supervised project management and accounting for 12 sub-consultant firms, provided legal support and database maintenance for the FAA during litigation, and facilitated public forums related to property acquisition and environmental justice.

At JMI Sports, Gray provides administrative and project management related support on the University of Oregon Arena project. Her prior experience in preparing budgets, proposals and contract documents in addition to developing strong relationships with clients and government agencies is an asset to her current work.

Gray attended Purdue University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Oregon. Gray is a registered Engineer Intern in the
State of Illinois.

Kevin Haley brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to JMI Sports. His expertise has contributed to over 5 million square feet of development of various product types including office, hotel, retail, residential and sports facilities valued at over $2 billion.

Beginning his career in Boston with Meredith & Grew, Haley was responsible for leasing over 1.5 million square feet of office space and completing sale transactions of $450 million during his 3 years with the firm. He dedicated the next 15 years to working for Hines on projects in Boston, Hartford, Cincinnati, Princeton, New York City and Washington DC, prior to relocating to San Diego to join the PETCO Park development team.

Haley has experience in all aspects of development including: site analysis; land acquisition; entitlements; joint venture structuring; project budget control; selection and management of design teams; oversight of construction management teams; supervision of marketing, leasing and public relations personnel; establishment of general and administrative procedures; management of operations transition; and property management.

Currently, Haley serves as Project Manager for JMI Sports on the Goodyear Civic Center project, while also managing elements within the University of Oregon Arena project.

Kevin Haley earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate, from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of San Diego.

Roger Petersen is an experienced builder. With over 30 years in architecture and construction, his expertise was shaped by designing multi-family properties, office buildings and hospitals. Petersen then enjoyed 12 years as an award winning custom home builder in Arizona. His lengthy track record also includes construction management of commercial, industrial and medical projects

Petersen is now the Senior Construction Manager for Goodyear Baseball LLC, a partnership between JMI Sports and Civica Development. Residing in Scottsdale, Petersen is responsible for the on-site construction management of the new Spring Training facility in Goodyear, Arizona.

Petersen proudly served in the United States Air Force.
